Overview
cetin.info ("PraiseLane," "we," "us," or "our") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act of 1998 ("DMCA"), we will respond expeditiously to claims of copyright infringement committed using the PraiseLane platform that are reported to our designated DMCA agent.
If you are a copyright owner, or authorized to act on behalf of one, and believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement on our platform, please follow the procedures outlined below.
Filing a Takedown Notice
To file a DMCA takedown notice, you must provide a written communication that includes the information listed below. Please be aware that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material or activity is infringing may be subject to liability for damages.
Upon receipt of a valid DMCA takedown notice, we will:
- Remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material
- Notify the content provider or user who posted the material
- Provide the content provider with information about how to file a counter-notification
Required Information
A valid DMCA takedown notice must include the following:
- Physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed. If multiple copyrighted works are covered by a single notification, provide a representative list of such works.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing or to be the subject of infringing activity, and that is to be removed or access to which is to be disabled, and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate the material (e.g., URL or project slug).
- Your contact information, including your address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
Counter-Notification
If you believe that your content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification with us. A valid counter-notification must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- Identification of the material that has been removed or to which access has been disabled, and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed or access was disabled.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
- Your name, address, and telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or if your address is outside of the United States, for any judicial district in which PraiseLane may be found, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.
Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the complaining party. If the complaining party does not file a court action within 10 business days of receiving the counter-notification, we will restore the removed material.
Repeat Infringers
In accordance with the DMCA, we have adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform or terminate the accounts of users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
